Studio Rules and Etiquitte

Our rules and etiquette are hopefully in line with what most people would consider common sense – we want everyone to be safe and feel safe at all times and for the studios to be a pleasant place to be.

Classes

High standards of personal hygiene should be maintained.

Footwear and clothing should be clean and free from odours.

Appropriate exercise clothing must be worn when taking classes.

Bags, personal belongings including coats and mobile phones can be hung on the hooks inside the studio and if shoes are not required footwear can be placed on the shoe benches.

In the interest of everyone’s health as well as general cleanliness and hygiene, please spray and, if necessary, wipe down equipment after use.

Once you have finished using any equipment please ensure that is placed safely placed back in the racks provided.

Subject to the discretion of class instructor, we do not allow late entry into classes (any late entry must be pre-organised with the instructor and instructor must let the staff managing class attendance know of the arrangement before the class starts) .  Clients should assume they will not be permitted to join classes after the class has started. This is to ensure the class is safe and to avoid interrupting and upsetting other clients. Please note inappropriate or aggressive behaviour towards staff managing class attendance will not be tolerated.

No glass containers, hot drinks or food are allowed in the building – that includes in the reception area, studios and toilets.  Non-alcoholic drinks in a re-sealable (non-glass) container are permitted.

No pets are allowed in the classes (guide dogs are not considered pets).
