Osteopathy | Cranial Osteopathy | Paediatric Osteopathy
Mariam is an osteopath with a special interest in Cranial osteopathy, Paediatric osteopathy, and supporting women. She takes an individualised approach to treatment, combining structural and cranial osteopathic techniques to help patients feel more comfortable, supported, and functioning at their best.
Graduating with a Masters from the University College of Osteopathy, Mariam treats a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including postural strains, tension, joint and muscular discomfort, and pain related to the demands of everyday life. With each patient lifestyle, movement, and individual circumstances are considered as well as providing hands-on care.
Mariam is currently completing a part-time postgraduate training in paediatric osteopathy, further developing her knowledge in infant and child care. In clinic, she supports a range of presentations including pregnancy-related aches and pains, postural discomfort as well as infant concerns such as feeding and latch difficulties, reflux, unsettled sleep, postural preferences, birth-related strain patterns and more.
She believes that every individual responds differently to treatment, and that effective osteopathic care requires a flexible clinical toolbox of techniques tailored to each presentation. This drives her continued postgraduate training, allowing her to refine her clinical reasoning and expand her therapeutic approach.
Mariam only treats females and children.
