Hi, I'm Steph!  I have a contagious passion for fitness which I bring to my PT sessions; injecting every one with energy and a touch of fun, creating an environment where you are not just working out but enjoying the process of becoming the best you.

I specialize in pre and post-natal fitness but love to work with anyone wanting to achieve fitness goals.  I tailor sessions  to help build strength, enhance mobility, and sustainably reach your fitness goals. I recognise the uniqueness of each individual and am dedicated to delivering customised solutions.

 

Hi I’m Kim.  I love fitness and my goal is to make you feel the same so that it is something you enjoy doing so that it becomes a happy part of your life.

I have played lots of sports throughout my life, but most consistently football which is why I focus a lot on athletic training to give you overall fitness which has lots of other benefits for a healthy lifestyle.

I always work to a personalised plan so that your goals are specific to you. Whether you want to build muscle and strength, become more dynamic, or just get moving for fun.  I will make sure your plan is built around you as an individual.

I also compete in functional endurance racing (HYROX) so if you want to really challenge yourself and have a big goal coming up, get in touch!

So I could help you if you either want to lose weight , increase your strength or just have a fun boxing session .

I initially started out as a yoga teacher and have recently started teaching Strength & Conditioning and fitness classes alongside my yoga classes. After suffering from extreme hypermobility for years I turned to strength and HIIT training as a way of managing and preventing injury. I am now passionate about teaching others how to train in a way that will maintain stability in the body whilst building strength through low impact exercises. My sessions are structured to work the whole body through slow and controlled movements that will target small and large muscle groups a the same time. Exercises are kept simple and weights relatively low, but don't be fooled - you will work hard and feel the burn!

Our PT Payment Policy

All initial PT sessions are booked via reception and paid directly to the trainer.

If you book a session and cancel with 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.  With less notification it is up to the trainers’ discretion (be nice to your PT!).
