Hi, I'm Emily an experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer looking forward to welcoming you to &osteo and helping you achieve your fitness goals! I'm here to support you in all aspects of your fitness journey and want to ensure you feel confident and proud of everything you achieve here.
I have experienced the challenges of changing my lifestyle to achieve the level of health and fitness my body deserves, having lost over 40lb and falling in love with weight training, boxing and running. I feel very grateful that I have the opportunity to share my knowledge with you in order to help you achieve your goals and support you with a holistic approach to change. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, with varying levels of ability and experience and taught all over the country, witnessing my clients positive change.
Whether you're an experienced gym-goer or you're unsure of where to start I am here to help and fully personalise your training to your unique needs and ability.

Hello, I'm Kyle and I would love to help you achieve your goals and get some great results!

I started training at 14 - following online HIIT workouts to lose belly fat and weight as fast as I could.  Three years followed training every day and I felt…TERRIBLE! I was actually forced to stop training because my metabolism was fried, my joints and heart were on the brink of failure, and I felt awful. After a year of rehab I was finally able to start training again, but focusing on health; my body looked and felt so much better and this inspired me to study to become a personal trainer.

If you want to adopt a lifestyle to get you optimal results – whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain or improved mobility, I can guide you with a nutrition and training program to fit in with your busy lifestyle.

Passionate about health and fitness, I am a professional personal trainer who enjoys helping others achieve their goals. I decided to become a personal trainer because I am eager to share this feeling with others. I care about my clients, and there is nothing more important to me than helping someone have an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong.

With my unique system of mixing workout routines with fun, I have been able to help clients reach their fitness objectives such as weight loss, strength, endurance, confidence. I enjoy talking to each client, knowing their needs to figure out the best way to motivate them to achieve their goals. As we train, I define specific targets just for you, and reaching your fitness goal becomes my goal too.
Whether it is to lose weight, gaining muscles, self-confidence, or surpass oneself, a unique training program is developed for each new profile.

Our PT Payment Policy

All PT sessions are booked via reception and paid directly to the trainer.

If you book a session and cancel with 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.  With less notification it is up to the trainers’ discretion (be nice to your PT!).
