What to expect in your consultation:

Your first session with Sophie lasts 60 minutes. You’ll go through your full health and family medical history, current medications, symptoms and goals. Sophie will also use holistic diagnostics such as tongue, nail and iris analysis to gain a more complete picture of what’s going on.

From there, she’ll prescribe a tailored herbal plan which might include tinctures, teas, powders, mushrooms, lifestyle advice or nutritional tweaks. A follow-up 2–4 weeks later (45 mins) gives you time to check in and adjust your plan if needed.
