Our Therapy Payment Policy & How We Collect Fees
We ask for upfront payment when you book your first appointment. Subsequent bookings can be paid for at the time of the appointment.
Your payment is processed when you make your booking and you will be sent an appointment reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before it is due to start.

You can choose from the electronic option (see below) or, if you like a physical gift card (see the picture), we have those available in reception!
We have 2 options here: Electronic or Card
We’ve made it even easier to purchase a little TLC for someone you know and love. Just click on the button below and choose from one of the different designs and select the amount you wish to credit on your gift card. You can even choose the date you want the recipient to receive their card.
- The recipient can redeem their gift amount all at once, or little by little.
- They just needs to let us know the card number and we can add it to their account (hello@andosteo.co.uk or call us on 02081768997).
- And if they don't have an account yet not a problem! It's super easy to set up and can be done online or we can do that for them too!

Medical Insurance
Osteopathy, physiotherapy and acupuncture are accepted by most private health insurers including BUPA, AXA PPP, Simply Health, WPA and Aviva. All our osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council and our physiotherapist with The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy which means that our treatments should be recognised by a health insurer.
We can provide receipts for you to claim back some or, depending on your insurer and policy limits, all of the cost of your treatment from your insurer.
Some insurers also have an allowance for massage. Please check your policy.
Please note that some insurers require a referral from your General Practitioner (or one of their own on-line or telehealth systems) in order for you to be able to make a claim. It’s worth checking with your insurer what they require so you can be sure you will get any payment you are expecting from them.
Fee Collection
When we collect your payment we do this as agent for the particular Therapist you have booked (other than when you book for osteopathy). This means we hold the money we have collected on behalf of the Therapist (other than osteopaths) and only release payment to them once you have had your appointment.
