Osteopathy I Paediatric Osteopathy
Grant is passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their health goals and feel at their best. As an osteopath, he commonly treats aches, pains, strains, and injuries related to work, everyday life, and sport. He has a particular interest in supporting families, especially babies and children.
Grant takes a patient-centred approach to care, tailoring each treatment to the individual and their unique needs. He draws on a range of osteopathic techniques, including joint mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue massage, and gentle hands-on visceral and cranial osteopathy. Alongside treatment, Grant believes in empowering his patients with practical guidance around ergonomics, lifestyle, exercise, and movement, helping them support their health and well-being long after their appointment.
Grant’s path into osteopathy was far from conventional. After first studying Sports Administration and Science in Australia, he spent much of his 20s travelling, backpacking, and living in different countries while working in business operations across both commercial and non-profit sectors. These experiences gave him a broader understanding of how stress and the demands of modern life can affect both the mind and body—sometimes in balance, but often expressed physically in ways that impact overall health and well-being.
Grant later completed an integrated master’s degree at the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy). Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, he has undertaken further training in cranial osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy (SCCO), visceral osteopathy with Barral UK, and paediatrics with the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC).
As part of his paediatric training, Grant volunteered at OCC’s London clinic treating babies, children, and pregnant or postnatal women — work he continues to be involved in today. Grant is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (10299) and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
